Annual Banquet and Raffle AND AFC 50-Year Celebration
The Annual Banquet and Raffle is fast approaching. This year’s banquet and raffle will be in conjunction with our 50th Anniversary of AFC. Lots of special things at this year’s banquet and raffle. The banquet will be held February 19, at the Mountain Preserve Reception Center located at 1431 E. Dunlap, Phoenix. Tickets are $40.00 per person. No inflation here — same as the last 2 years! What a deal! (Doors open at 4:00 p.m.) Tickets will be on sale at the January and February General Meeting. This is our biggest fund raiser of the year, and thanks to our members the raffle is always a huge success. As always, we need your support. Member donations of handmade items, purchased donations and gift certificates are necessary to make this a great event for all. Please bring your raffle donations to the general meeting.
If you have not attended this event it is truly one you won’t want to miss. It's really an enjoyable evening with great raffle items and a delicious food buffet! I hope you will join us to start the 51st year of AFC off with a BIG celebration! Mark your calendar and be sure to purchase your tickets at the January or February meeting.

AFC Cookbook — Food on the FLY
The AFC cookbook has been a BIG hit, and will be on sale at all general meetings and AFC events. The book is $10.00. Over 440 recipes were submitted by club members! Many of the recipes are culinary delights that were shared at AFC potlucks. Buy a book (or two)! A cookbook of this quality would make a great
gift. Cookbook sales will support the AFC
